Dispatch is a service of GetDispatch L.L.C, a Colorado limited liability company (“we,” “us”). This policy describes what information we collect through this website and how we use it. Dispatch is a business-to-business service; this site is intended for use by businesses, not consumers.

What we collect

Conversation request form: your name, company, trade, email, phone if you give it, which of a short list of problems costs your shop the most right now, what software you run your business on, whether it already answers your phones with a built in AI receptionist, and anything else you tell us in your own words.
Payments: this site does not accept payments and no payment link is active. If you previously paid us, that payment was processed by Stripe on Stripe's own pages, and Stripe holds the business name, email, billing address, phone and card details you gave it. We never saw or stored your card number. We hold the business contact details and the payment confirmation Stripe sent us, and we use them only to issue a refund.
Email: if you correspond with us, we keep the correspondence.

This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we do not use cookies to profile you. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability.

How we use it

To reply to your conversation request and set up a time to talk.
To prepare and send a missed call audit, whether you asked for one or we sent one as part of our outreach.
To respond when you contact us.
For business outreach: we build our prospect list from publicly available business listings and directories. If we contact your business, every email identifies us and includes a working opt-out. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your information.
We do not share it with third parties except the service providers who run our infrastructure (payment processing, email delivery, database hosting, website hosting), and only as needed to operate the service.
We do not collect information about consumers or homeowners through this site.

Retention and deletion

We keep business contact records while they are relevant to our outreach or your account. Email hello@getdispatch.services to have your information corrected or deleted, or to be removed from our lists; removal is immediate.
